LOST or DAMAGED 
Cartridges 2340/The Printer Shop offers tracking for all orders, but can not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. If your parcel goes missing or damaged, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint with AusPost as they become the owner of the parcel when it leaves us. If you have entered the incorrect address for delivery, your parcel will be delivered back to us, and we can re-ship to the correct address at an additional shipping cost.

Pick up

We offer a pick up option from 'Cartridges 2340' in Peel St Tamworth, NSW. Once order is received I will be in contact with you via email to arrange your pick up. Please wait until you receive your pick up notification email before making your  way to the store.
