Refund policy
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law The Printer Shop will not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or made a wrong selection.
Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we'll try our best to offer an exchange, provided that;
1. Items are returned within 14 days of purchase date.
2. Proof of purchase is provided and you are the person who purchased the item. (Your Order Confirmation Email)
3. Items must be in unused condition and in original, unopened undamaged packaging
The customer is responsible for all return and re-sending shipping costs.
We reserve the right not to offer an exchange if the above requirements are not met.
Refunds
We will not provide a refund for change of mind or wrong selection.
To start a return, you can contact us at the-printer-shop@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method provided that the name on the original receipt is the same as the person requesting the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds will be made via your original payment method used to make your purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Consumer Guarantees & Faulty Products
Consumer guarantees do not apply if you received what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
If you have a minor problem with a product or service, you are entitled to a free repair instead of a replacement or refund at our discretion.
If there is a major failure with the item with a product deemed by us, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund.
If an item is damaged through misuse, under use or abnormal use, The Prinnter Shop cannot provide a return by any methods of refund, exchange or repair, whether the fault is identified by us, the manufacturer, service agent or any other third party regardless of the length of time.
The Printer Shop will require satisfactory proof of purchase supplied by you (the customer) before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/promotion items or gift cards.
