Refilling Terms and Conditions:

• Empty cartridge must be supplied to us in our Tamworth store.
• Customer is responsible for any associated sending and return postage costs.
• The customer agrees to pay the applicable service charge and/or postage costs prior to refilling.
• The customer understands that there is no guarantee the cartridge can be refilled. The ability to refill the cartridge will depend on its age and condition.
• Any postage costs incurred will not be refunded or reimbursed if the cartridges are found to be unrefillable upon arrival.
• If the cartridge is deemed unrefillable after payment has been processed, we will offer an exchange for an alternative, such as a compatible or genuine cartridge. Additional charges will most likely apply.
